The Mauritian Wildlife Foundation is the only non-governmental organisation in Mauritius to be exclusively concerned with the conservation of the endangered endemic plants and animals of Mauritius.

The work carried out in Mauritius is one of the world’s most successful conservation stories.

We have chosen to support them in their reforestation project and are pleased to have been awarded the Species Champion title for our contribution to the preservation of the Bois de Boeuf, a plant endemic to Mauritius.
