Christmas Recipe

Here is a recipe for Christmas turkey roasted in the oven for about 3:30. Unmissable meat for your festive meal.


  • 1 turkey, gutted with the liver
  • 150 g of chicken livers
  • 100 g of drained chestnuts
  • 1 small apple
  • 2 slices of sandwich bread
  • 10 cl of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 50 cl of chicken broth
  • 50 g of butter
  • salt pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C
  • Bring the broth to a boil and put it in a large bowl and marinate the turkey for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the chicken and turkey livers into small cubes
  • Melt 20 g of butter in a sauté pan and add the livers. Cook for 5 min, stirring constantly.
  • Slice the chestnuts into quarters. Peel the apple, onion, and garlic and cut them into small pieces. Incorporate the meat.
  • Dip the sandwich breads in the milk and crush them. Add the eggs and incorporate into the preparation. Season and mix the preparation for a long time with your fingers.
  • Drain and garnish the turkey, then sew the openings with kitchen thread. Place it in a heat-resistant dish.
  • Drizzle the turkey with the rest of the previously melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Put in the oven for 1 hour 30 minutes and sprinkle the turkey regularly with the cooking juices.
  • Turn the turkey halfway through cooking.
  • Serve hot with vegetables, fries, mash and anything you like
